The Academy for Junior Chefs Summer Courses 2015
The Academy for Junior Chefs is Ireland’s premier children’s cookery school, located at the fabulous Village at Lyons Cookery School, where students can partake in week long hands on cookery courses.
The Academy for Junior Chefs provides students with an amazing opportunity to develop key culinary skills, understand the scientific principles and techniques of recipes, along with learning about nutrition and food hygiene and safety in a fun, creative and inspiring setting.
Throughout the programme the junior and pro chefs will develop an appreciation for healthy, nutritious and tasty super foods all the while making friends and gaining confidence and independence in the kitchen.
Attending The Academy for Junior Chefs will lead students to a world of gastronomy and epicurean discovery where they will learn not only about the essence of flavour and working with wholesome foods but also honing key life-skills important for success.
The week long, intensive cookery courses are aimed at both junior (6 – 11 year olds) and pro chefs (12 – 18 year olds). This years classes are more exciting and delicious than ever
