Airfield Family Sundays
To facilitate the conservation works as quickly and as safely as possible, Airfield will be closed for the construction period. Construction is expected to take approximately eighteen months and Airfield plans to reopen for Spring 2013.
Airfield Farm launches Airfield Family Sundays, an exciting new programme with fun for kids and all the family.
Families can explore Airfield’s farm and gardens with different activities offered each week on Airfield Family Sundays from farm and history tours, nature talks and trails to art-making that relates to the natural world Each month they will also provide a self guided trail for you to enjoy.
Airfield Family Sunday activities are included in the entry fee to the walk and season ticket holders come free.
Family Sundays take place between - 12.30 and 16.00

Airfield Farm will be exploring and identify opportunities throughout the coming months for you to document ‘My Airfield Year.’ If you have any special paper or fabric you would like to include when making your diary please bring it along.
