Big Bang Festival at The Ark

Big Bang Festival and The Ark collaborate for the third time this year in what promises to be a unique and fun opportunity for children to experience and participate in the excitement of an authentic African cultural event.

Where’s me Kumpo?

Chico from Senegal has brought his friend the Kumpo to the Big Bang Festival.

The Kumpo lives in the bush in Senegal in West Africa and only comes out to play when he hears music and singing and sees people dancing.

Chico and his friends want to show the children how to sing and dance for the Kumpo. They hope if they can make him laugh, he will get over his shyness and come out to play.
