Cathy Vard is a member of the Vard Sisters and has over 25 years experience as a professional singer and recording artist.
Cathy has had extensive voice training over the years and coupled with her knowledge and passion for singing has developed her own special teaching method which introduces her students to singing with freedom, in a fun and relaxed way – building inner confidence while strengthening and developing vocal ability.

Singing Classes Price
- Group Classes:- 200euro per ten week term 45 minute class
- Private Lessons:- 350 per eight week term 45 minute class.
Singing Classes Details
Group Classes for Children (Ten weeks 200euro)
Group class (max six per class) Class covers basic singing techniques singing warm-ups done in a child friendly way, confidence building. Songs covered will include many familiar to the children from Disney Movies and well known Shows.
Adult Beginner Class Private. (Eight week Term350 euro)
This Class covers basic singing techniques correct breathing. Vocal exercises, confidence building .How to perform songs with feeling. Student can request songs they would like to learn or suitable songs will be suggested to suit each voice and ability. Backing tracks for all songs covered will be given.
Junior Cert/ Leaving Cert Oral Preparation. (Ten weeks 200euro)
This is a group class and will prepare students for the oral singing exam for Junior/ Leaving Certificate. Students will be given help with choosing songs, will learn to perform them with confidence. All students will be given backing tracks which are suitable to use at exam.
Singing Classes for the Advanced /Professional Singer. (Eight weeks 400euro)
Course will cover:
- Correct Breathing
- Range and control.
- Eliminate vocal tension.
- How to support your voice.
- Warm-up routines pre gig
- Workout for the muscles of your voice.
- Working with words.
- Working on songs/performance
- Confidence building/visualisation techniques.
- Vocal Hygiene.
Client will be assessed and class will be structured to suit each individual needs. Backing tracks and warm-up CD’s will be supplied.
