Santa Claus has his own holiday home at Leahys Open Farm in Midleton, Cork, he spends lots of time on the farm over the Christmas.
Christmas at the farm is a really special experience for all the children where the farm transforms to a magical wonderland to astonish children and adults minds alike.
Santa Claus And His Village
This is an experience not to be missed… This time of the year at Leahy's Fun Farm is so magical its difficult to put into words, watching the children go through Santa's Village in total awe and amazement is so lovely, the atmosphere is happy and easy, which they strive to make the trip a very memorable, happy one for all the family.
On arrival, you get your ticket and begin your tour, which starts at the talking tree, onto Santa's holiday home, then through to the Gypsy Wagon where your own guide will make a special concoction with glitter, from there you go to the Angels Paradise.
Throughout the guided tour there are some animals to be seen, then you will get to Mrs. Clauses Kitchen where you will do some baking and there is a special treat for the adults.
And finally before you go to see Santa there is the snow scene and other animals to be seen, when you get to see Santa he has a special gift for every child and the amazing thing about Santa is he knows where everybody is from.
If all that wasn’t enough, there is the real life crib and indoor playgrounds too.
You can take a break for a while and relax with a nice cup of coffee and some yummy home baking in the coffee shop. The facility is all undercover and heated so there is no need to worry about our Irish weather..
