Colour Dash 5k
The Irish Cancer Society’s Colour Dash 5k will be the craziest, most colourful run of your life!
Join them, get active and help us fight against cancer
Colour Dash in Cork is a family fun event and is the only 5km run in Ireland where 100% money raised goes to charity. At each km you will be covered in powdered paint- each colour representing a different type of cancer, where they need your help in fighting against. There will be entertainment before and after the event which is being held in Pairc Ui Chaoimh.
You will be given a white t-shirt in your fundraising pack. Throughout the Colour Dash you will be plastered with colour. Each kilometre represents a different aspect of cancer – either a cancer that we need help in fighting against, or something to be celebrated.
Wear as much white as possible to maximize the colourful effect you will experience.
Family Fun Tip:- The colouring used is 100% organic and natural; it will not have a negative effect on you in any manner. But please do wear old clothes. Don’t wear anything that you wish to remain white.
