RUA RED Christmas Programme  2015

RUA RED South Dublin Arts Centre is a unique and inspiring arts centre based in the heart of Tallaght, catering for the artistic needs of all South Dublin.  Open since 2009, it’s one of the largest multi-disciplinary arts venues in Ireland, providing the opportunity for people of all backgrounds and ages to witness and partake in Theatre, Dance, Music, Literature, Film-Making, e-learning, Visual Art and all that the arts have to offer.

RUA RED has an ambitious programme of arts events, predominantly centred around the galleries. Their annual events programme includes regular film screenings, a varied selection of performances, exciting exhibitions in their galleries and a series of ongoing workshops and classes aimed at different age groups as well as plenty of drop in activities and events throughout each week.

CHRISTMAS ART TROLLEY CLUB

Come and interpret our galleries with an artist and do arts and craft –based projects based on the exhibitions. With places extremely limited and demand sure to be high contact [email protected] for more details and how to book. For ages 3 -10.

CHRISTMAS WORKSHOP 

The magic of Christmas comes to life in this festive and fun workshop for children aged 4 to 12 years. There will be lots of sparkle added to a dollop of colour with a dash of creativity thrown in, to make a lovely decorative art piece that Santa will love to see when he comes to visit.

DRESS UP SCREENING 

Join is at RUA RED for our Christmas screening ofFrozen. This is dress up event so come in costume. Dress up as your favourite character or in a theme or as whoever you like.

Cost: €3.50 for non-Film Club members
