Ice Skating At The Ice Bowl
As the rink is Olympic sized it can accommodate up to 1000 skaters every day so you have every reason to get your skates on and head for The Ice Bowl. You can enjoy the ice rink that is home to the Belfast Giants.
Saturday mornings see the weekly Skate-A-Rama Session and there are a host of events throughout the year such as the Christmas Skating Gala.
Skating Lessons At The Ice Bowl
The Ice Bowl does provide ice skating lessons. The courses do get booked up quite quickly so it is best to book early to avoid disappointment. Each course lasts six weeks in duration.
Ten Pin Bowling At The Ice Bowl
In addition to ice skating at The Ice Bowl you can have fun playing ten pin bowling. The Ice Bowl offers a multisensory experience complete with UV lights, glow pins and balls and great DJ entertainment.
All games can be booked and paid for at the bowling reception, where you can also collect your bowling shoes. Prices for a game of ten pin bowling do vary depending on the time and day of the week. The Ice Bowl carry a vast number of bowling balls of varying weights so as to best suit you and every member of your family from child to adult.
Indiana Land Activity Centre At The Ice Bowl
Indiana Land is an activity centre within The Ice Bowl for the under 12s and to over 12s after 20.00. There is staff supervision at all times but you are required to be present to supervise your own children at all times.
There is a specially designated toddlers play area within the three story activity centre. Here children can interact with different sights, shapes and textures to aid their development through play.
The jungle themed activity centre has all the common equipment such as ball pools, rope ladders, and bridges, tunnels, slides and more.
There are vending machines selling hot and cold drinks and snacks throughout the centre.
Birthday Parties At The Ice Bowl
All party packages include an hour of play in one of the activity zones at The Ice Bowl in Dundonald. You can choose from ice skating to various types of ten pin bowling to Indiana Land or Adventure Golf. Chicken nuggets, sausages, chips, freshly made sandwiches and juice is served at all parties and each child goes home with a free goody bag. The birthday boy or girl will also receive a complimentary pass to go visit The Ice Bowl again another time.
For a bigger party you can combine two or more party packages to include more activities for your special day for a small extra fee per child.
