Nowadays, more than ever, children need more environments where they can switch off (especially older children who have mobile phones and other digital devices), nurture and improve their overall physical and emotional wellbeing.

Yoga For Kids
Yoga for kids classes incorporate yoga, mindfulness activities, meditation and a short relaxation exercise at the end designed to reduce stress and anxiety and enhance overall physical and emotional wellbeing.
Kids Yoga and Wellbeing classes for 4-6, 7-9, 10-12 year olds.
Yoga For Teens
Also at Auriel yoga they run Yoga for Teens, classes are designed to improve both the overall physical and emotional wellbeing of children. Classes include yoga, partner poses, yoga games, mindfulness activities and a short relaxation exercise at the end designed to reduce stress and anxiety and enhance wellbeing.

The classes equip teens with a great grounding in yoga and all of the invaluable life skills that it provides.

Mother And Baby Yoga
Great way for mum to ease back into gentle exercise, bond with baby. The yoga exercises included for baby improve baby’s sleep, digestion, nervous system, circulation and overall wellbeing.
Great space for mum to meet other mums and share experiences.. Mother and Baby yoga allows slowing down in a safe and supportive environment.
The classes are open to new mothers and babies, with or without yoga experience, bottle or breast fed babies. The mum and baby class can be started once you and baby have had the six week check up. The class is run on a four week.
