Experience the city enchanted as some of Dublin’s most well loved streets erupt in a stunning street procession with dazzling light installations, music, performers, fire and a touch of New Year magic!!
Travel towards 2015 and share a magical Mini Midnight Moment with family and friends of all ages at Dublin Castle.
Bring all the family and join award-winning processional artists LUXE with breathtaking illuminated characters inspired by the beauty of the night sky, fully realised into a spectacular street animation to celebrate the turning of the year in a uniquely Dublin way.
‘Magic Night’ will entice you through some of the city’s best loved streets from Stephen’s Green down Grafton Street, through Temple Bar (around 19.30) and winding its way past the stunning City Hall to the enchanting Dublin Castle (20.00)for its final moments.
Catch your first glimpse of these amazing performers from the Fusilier’s Arch at St Stephen’s Green (top of Grafton Street) on 31st December 7pm.
Meet the procession as it enchants and entertains along the way to Temple Bar, and make a date to be at the Dubh Linn Garden, Dublin Castle at 8pm, where ‘Magic Night’ culminates with ‘All About The Brass’ – a bespoke choreographed fire and music show that will see your feet stomp and your heart cheer its way into 2015.
Ireland’s leading fire performance group, FirePoise, and some very special secret guests will also perform at the procession’s finish.
