Accuracy of content
We have taken great care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that the details, descriptions and prices quoted are correct at the time of publishing. However, we will only accept orders if there are no material errors in the description of the merchandise or its price as advertised on this website. All prices are displayed including VAT and exclusive of delivery charges.
The total cost of your order is the price of the merchandise ordered including VAT at the current rate and delivery charges as set out in the delivery options section of this website.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the price of the products that appear on the website. We are not responsible for the content of any off-website pages or any other websites linked to or from this website. Links appearing on this website are for your convenience only and are not an endorsement by us of the content, products, services or suppliers connected therewith.
All images of products on this site are purely for graphical representation only. Whilst every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the information, we accept no responsibility for inaccurate images of products or images differing from actual products received.
Placing an order
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse the website Family Fun shop, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on “checkout” and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. Please note that a credit or debit card is required at this stage.
You are able to correct errors on your order by clicking “empty cart” up to the point at which you click on “checkout” on the final page of our ordering process.
Acceptance of your order
We will notify you by email as soon as possible to acknowledge receipt of your order and to provide you with an order number. If we are unable to fulfil your order following this acknowledgement, we will contact you by email or telephone advising you of this.
If an item is out of stock, the website will not let you order this item. The acceptance of your order will take place upon payment for the product(s) ordered. If you require any information concerning your order please email us at [email protected] quoting your order number. We reserve the right not to accept your order if we have identified a product or pricing error or if we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment. Please remember that once we accept your submitted order for merchandise on this website, there will be a legally binding contract.
The price of our products is as shown on our website. The total price, including delivery, will be shown at the ‘checkout’ prior to submitting your final order. If, by mistake, we have under-priced a product, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order. If you cancel, we will refund or re-credit any sum paid by you.
All our prices are in EUROS. We accept all major credit cards. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account at the point at which your order is dispatched.
All items are subject to availability. Validly stated prices on our website remain in effect for so long as the merchandise is available or as otherwise stated on our website. We do not hold back orders for unavailable merchandise and we will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available. All offers and promotions are available while stocks last. If on receipt of your order the goods you have ordered are not available in stock, we will inform you as soon as possible and refund or credit any sum paid by you.
There will be some times when your access to the www.familyfun.ie website is restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance or improvements. If you find a fault, please let us know by contacting [email protected]
We reserve the right to end sales in the event that our suppliers run out of stock. We also reserve the right to change prices where additional costs occur. Sometimes it occurs that the goods you have ordered are out of stock and will need to be back ordered. This could result in your delivery being delayed. An email will be sent to you within 1-3 days informing you of the delay if this occurs.
We stand over everything we sell in terms of quality of goods and the security of your order.
If you are not satisfied with a product that we have sent you, for any reason e.g. if it is not what you ordered, it is damaged or defective, or we have delivered an incorrect quantity, you have the right to cancel your order and return the product to us within 14 working days of receipt of the goods if you send us a notice of cancellation in writing (email or post) and return the goods to us in their original, unopened (original packaging) and unused condition with the original invoice.
If we have made a mistake and your products have not been personalized correctly, we are more than happy to replace or refund the item. Unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or replacement when there is an error in the order information you have supplied. Please ensure that spelling is carefully checked before placing your order. However, we understand that mistakes do happen and if this does happen to you we can offer to replace your order at a 50% discount on the product, in this case the regular shipping will be charged.
You must return the products to us at the time of cancellation and we will credit your credit/debit card with the price of the products within 30 days after we have received the notice of cancellation. We will notify you by email once your refund has been processed.
We regret we cannot refund any packing and postage costs.
All refunds will be made to the original payment card used.
There are No refunds on sale items.
Please ensure that any returned goods are properly packed to avoid breakages.

We regret we cannot offer a refund once the product has been opened and used.
No right of cancellation, refund or return exists under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 once you have used your product, unless the product is known to be defective and you are returning it for this reason.
Once we have received clear funds in full payment for the goods and the goods have been delivered to you, the goods will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss damage or destruction.
Cancellation will not be accepted, however, in the following cases:
The goods cannot be returned because they were made according to the consumer’s specifications
The goods are audio/video tapes or computer software whose seals have been broken by the consumer
Where the product has been used or the service period has been started and notification has been given.
The web site www.familyfun.ie may withdraw any part of the website, or may refuse you access to the web site at any time if we consider it necessary. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time and we encourage you to review them as often as possible. Any changes are effective immediately upon posting to the website.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Irish Law.
The purchase of merchandise through www.familyfun.ie website is strictly limited to parties who can lawfully enter into and form contracts on the website in accordance with Irish law.
You agree to indemnify and hold us and our affiliates and agents and our and their respective officers, directors and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including legal fees, lost of profits made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of this agreement or your violation of any law or rights of a third party.
www.familyfun.ie shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if www.familyfun.ie has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
