The Blackrock Business Network, a local group of business people, have planned a fantastic day for families in Blackrock. Come and celebrate the ambiance of the “Blackrock Boulevard” with fun for all the family along Main Street from Blackrock Shopping Centre right up to The Central Café. For the kids there will be faces painted, taking part in colouring competitions sponsored by local shops and offices or even a free trim of their locks by some of the top stylists in Ireland on the curbside “styling platform” very appropriate just before going back to school.

There will also be entertainment throughout the afternoon, with street performers, barber shaves for the men, beauty and nail bar for the ladies. The world famous Lambert Puppet Theatre will be on hand to entertain the kids with several shows during the afternoon and there will be a fantastic line up of music appealing to all tastes on the main stage.
