Blackrock Library
Blackrock library, a handsome Carnegie building built in 1905, is an integral part of its architectural heritage.
The seaside village of Blackrock takes its name from a distinctive black rock, once clearly visible at low tide. The rock itself has disappeared through erosion but the village continues to thrive.
