Dundalk Ice Dome Indoor Ice Rink In Louth

THE DUNDALK ICE DOME IS CLOSED

There is a strong possibility that the Dundalk Ice Dome could be set to reopen in the New Year.

That’s according to a letter from the Irish Ice Hockey Association’s president Aaron Guli to its members yesterday.

According to Mr Guli, the arena – which has been closed since May 2010 – will be put up for tender in the New Year with UK-based rink operator Planet Ice confirming their interest in running it to the IIHA.

Dundalk Ice Dome is home to an Olympic Sized indoor ice skating rink. Not only can you and your family enjoy ice skating at this rink all year round but you can also enjoy ice karting, ice hockey, discos on ice, figure skating, skating lessons, school tours and birthday parties. It is a great activity centre that is perfect for party venues.

If you fancy a bit to eat you can indulge in the new Ice Bar and Bistro only at Dundalk Ice Dome.

Whatever your interest in the ice you are sure to find something for you, your family and all your friends at Dundalk Icedome.
