Grove Gardens consists of four acres of gardens outside Kells, County Meath and features the clematis walk containing over 300 species of small and large flowered hybrids and herbaceous climatic. The rose garden has over 400 plants of French, English and modern roses. The tropical bird garden and pet farm / mini zoo is a recent addition to Grove Gardens and has a large variety of exotic and rare breeds of birds who are housed in purpose built aviaries designed to become part of the gardens and create a unique setting for such a facility. Take the family and feed the lambs, talk to the donkey, ask Joey the Parrott a question all in the surroundings of the Meath countryside. They welcome families to take along your picnic and use the indoor and outdoor facilities Tea/coffee available on request.

Grove Gardens pet farm / mini zoo is very enjoyable for family , picnics, club, school tours, kids birthday parties and any other celebration are catered for.

Events On At  Grove Gardens

At Grove Gardens they have a tradition of running great events for both adults and children alike. They have been very successful in the delivery of key events throughout the year. Halloween Spooktacular (Nightly event for adults and teenagers), The Easter Bunny’s Secret House event is held each Easter bank holiday weekend on the afternoons of Saturday, Sunday and Monday for the past seven years.
