Mountains To Sea Book Festival 2016

Mountains To Sea Book Festival will take place in dlr LexIcon, Pavilion Theatre, Dún Laoghaire and the Mill Theatre, Dundrum from 9 – 13  March. They are  proud to present an events programme that has something for everyone. There will be Booker Prize-winning authors will be appearing at the book festival.

The children’s programme is vastly expanded with a Children’s Author Lunch among the highlights and there will be lots of activities that  will be staged over the days, some will include book and food stalls, entertainers, face-painting, music, crafts and loads of other fun stuff.

Mountains to Sea Book Festival has enjoyed a fantastic last few year thanks to the support and enthusiasm of local families and book-lovers alike. Go and join them at the festival to find out more!   They are looking forward to seeing you.

Mountains To Sea Book Festival Children Events

They will have all kinds of brilliant book events in store for young readers of all ages. From an audience with the remarkable Darren Shan, and all kinds of Skulduggery with Derek Landy, to a very special Monster Book Lunch and a Monster Family Book Quiz, there is something for everyone.

Tickets for all events will be sold via the Pavilion Theatre Box Office Tel. 01 2312929  and many events will sell out very quickly so if you want to be sure of a seat, book early to avoid disappointment!

Given the times we are living in, DLR County Council has tried to keep ticket prices at a reasonable level and for those who plan to attend more than one event they are also offering offer whereby if you want to book for three events, the cheapest of the three will be free.
