Bat Walks With Bat Conservation Ireland

Bat walks with Bat Conservation Ireland are run in various venues around the country.

Most events usual contain a Illustrated talk on Bats, dispelling all of the myths and detailing just how marvelous these tiny mammals really are. Followed by a guided bat walk with use of Bat Boxes (which allows you to hear the bats, hunt, and communicate with each other) around the venue and parkland

Great for children (and adults!) to learn not to be afraid of Bats or the Dark or both!

Walk is weather permitting (bats are far too sensible to be out in the wet or cold!). Wear warm clothing sensible footwear and small torch.
Some entry free can be a donations if desired to Bat Conservation Ireland.
