The Mullingar St Patrick’s Day Committee are looking forward to bringing the St Patrick’s Festival to Mullingar from 16th to 18th March 2023. They will be updating their website with details on a consistent basis. Check here for new information and updates.
It has been many years since Mullingar held a parade and they are looking forward to creating a weekend to remember for St Patrick’s Weekend 2023.
Mullingar St Patrick’s Festival 2017
Mullingar St Patrick’s Festival has entertainment for all the family and events running over the St Patrick weekend.
An estimate in excess of 32,000 people lined the streets of Mullingar on a fabulous sunny St Patricks Day to enjoy the greatest “Free” family day out compliments of the Mullingar St Patricks Day Parade Committee
On St Partick’s Day street closures in Mullingar from 13.00 to facilitate on street entertainment and live music and dancing from 14.00 – 15.00 and the parade itself starting at 14.00 – 18.00
Parade starts at 4pm
Parade starts at Columb Barracks Mullingar at 4pm and proceeds via Green Bridge, Dominick Street, Oliver Plunkett Street,Pearse Street and Austin Friars Street and finishes at the Millmount Road/Austin Friars Street junction.
