Easter 2023 at Rivervalley Holiday Park
The River Valley Mascot is a Bunny Rabbit and they have lots of fun Easter activities planned from Good Friday onwards.
There will be Two Giant Easter Egg hunts on Easter Sunday morning (Under 4’s ) and (Over 4″s) – parents are welcome to tag along too !!!

At the park, all sites for caravans, motor homes and tents are level and spacious. Meanwhile, families with children have a host of activities at their fingertips. Offsite there are lots of adventures in store such as Clara Lara, Wicklow Gaol, and for the more adventurous trekking over the Wicklow Mountains. Holidays will never seem to be long enough! River Valley’s Secret Garden is an area for adults only where we have focused on peace, comfort and relaxation.
The park features a modern toilet and shower block, baby changing area, disabled toilets, laundry room and camper’s kitchen.

Food and Ambience at Mickey Finn’s
Guests at River Valley can also experience wonderful food, drink and ambiance at award winning Mickey Finn’s Pub and Restaurant. Mickey Finns is a rustic pub with welcoming open fires. It serves home cooked pub grub and also offers fine dining. Guests can enjoy traditional Irish music and dancing in the summer months, June through September, with live music and sing along sessions every weekend.

The Kukoo Hut can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children, providing a safe and comfortable alternative to camping and is fully insulated!
The Microlodge
The Microlodge can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children, yet another safe and comfortable alternative to camping and is also fully insulated!
The Maxilodge
Maxilodge can accommodate up to 2 adults & 3 children (but one child should be younger than 7 – as there is a shorter bed.) The Maxilodge is also fully insulated for comfort!

Activities at River Valley Park
They have lots of activities happening onsite in River Valley Holiday Park every day to suit all age groups. These activities provide the perfect place to let the kids have bags of fun and expend some of that boundless energy in a safe and happy environment. The relaxed and friendly atmosphere at River Valley makes it child’s play to mingle and make new friends and have great fun.
River Valley Holiday Park Kids Clubs (Morning)
Morning Activities club (Ages 4 – 12) is from 11 am-1 pm. This club is on every weekend in June and September and everyday during July and August. Kids are supervised for the two hours so that parents can have some time to themselves. Activities in kids club include: Tag Rugby , Arts and Crafts, Games in the Sports hall, and weather permitting water fun outside on the water slide
Kids entertainment (Evenings)
Every evening during July and August and Friday and Saturday nights during June and September we entertain the kids with Family Bingo, Movie Nights, Tiny Tots discos with the River Valley Mascot and an arts and Craft night.
Flanagans walk
Flanagans walk is their amazing scenic 1.5km walk on site with spectacular views of Brittas Bay and the Wicklow Mountains when you reach the top.
Electric Go-Karting
Why not try out the first electric Go Kart track in Ireland? Adult and Children sessions available. Children sessions are suitable for Children aged 9 – 14 years. Adult sessions suitable for 15 years +

River Valley Holiday Park Look After Families
The family section of the park is divided into two different areas. Within these areas you can choose from hard sites with electricity, grass sites with electricity or grass sites with no electricity. The modern toilet and shower block is heated and tiled, and includes a laundry room, camper’s kitchen and disabled bathroom.
Area 1: Young Dreamers Area. A quiet zone suitable for families with small kids, there is no excessive noise after 10 pm in this area.
Area 2: Family Camping Area. This area is suitable for families with older kids where there is no excessive noise after 11 pm.
Definition of Excessive noise: Is where conversation or noise can be overheard in the neighboring tent or caravan. In the family area of the holiday park the focus is on the kids rather than the adults.
Family Fun Tip :- With this in mind if you are looking for a caravan and camping park where you can sit up with your friends and disturb others by talking and drinking after 11pm this is NOT the park for you.

From DUBLIN
Follow the Signs N11/Wexford South bound until you reach Junction 18. Take this Junction signposted Wicklow/ Redcross. This will bring you onto the old N11, go straight through two roundabouts following signs for Redcross. Continue for approx. 5 miles until you go under a bridge and take the next right – sign posted Redcross. This road will bring you into Redcross village, Park is on the left past Mickey Finns Pub.
From Rosslare
Follow the N11 north by–passing Arklow. Continue on the N11 to Junction 19 – sign posted Brittas Bay. Take this junction which will bring you to a roundabout. Take first left – signposted Redcross. Follow this road until it bring you to a T junction. Turn left. River Valley Holiday Park is in the village of Redcross, past Mickey Finns pub on the left.
From AVOCA, Co Wicklow
Turn left after crossing over the bridge, continue for 5km through crossroads. Once in Redcross village turn right, River Valley Holiday Park is in the village of Redcross, past Mickey Finns pub on the left.
